Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving the growth and visibility of the Berachain ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns that align with business development and engineering milestones. They will also play a key role in expanding the user base by promoting the ecosystem across traditional and crypto-native platforms. Additionally, the position involves organizing both in-person and virtual events to engage the community and foster ecosystem development. The candidate will manage logistics for content creation related to advertising campaigns and events, ensuring seamless execution. They will also focus on quantifying user acquisition, retention, and growth across diverse userbases and archetypes. A critical aspect of the role is analyzing the ROI and expected value of marketing efforts, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities. The individual will maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market and competition, using this knowledge to inform marketing decisions. Cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, business development, and other teams is essential to support product launches and continuous improvement. Finally, the candidate will act as a user and protocol advocate, engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on product development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business development and engineering milestones.
  • Evangelize and onboard new users through the Berachain ecosystem using traditional and crypto-native mediums such as Twitter Spaces, Discord, and others.
  • Organize in-person and virtual events to strengthen community engagement and ecosystem growth.
  • Direct logistics for content creation across advertising campaigns and associated events, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Drive and quantify user acquisition, retention, and growth metrics across multiple userbases and archetypes.
  • Determine the ROI and expected value of marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the blockchain market, competition, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, business development, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Act as a user and protocol advocate, regularly engaging with users, protocols, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on product development.
Job Requirements
