Job Description
This role is a pivotal position in driving marketing initiatives and business growth through comprehensive strategies. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including digital and traditional promotional activities, user experience optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Strategic planning will focus on developing robust user operation models tailored for B2B markets, while monitoring critical metrics such as user growth, conversion rates, and retention. Additionally, the individual will lead the establishment and management of pre-sales and after-sales operation teams, collaborating closely with the sales department to identify and target high-potential clients in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across social media platforms, SEO, SEM, EDM, and on/offline promotions to maximize brand visibility and user engagement.
- Design and implement B2B user operation models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for regional markets.

Job Requirements
