Job Description
As a Web3 Community Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing BlockApps’ Web3 community, focusing on onboarding new users and ensuring their continued success as active community members. You will play a pivotal role in measuring and reporting on community engagement, sentiment, and how your initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of the Web3 market landscape, including emerging trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and our clients’ product and marketing departments to create and distribute critical information about feature updates and product launches, keeping the community informed and aligned with product activities. Additionally, you will design and scale social media and online community channels (e.g., Twitter, Discord, Telegram) to maximize reach and interaction. You will also organize and host both online and in-person events to foster a vibrant community culture and drive engagement. A key responsibility will be building and maintaining a comprehensive calendar of content, activities, and events to sustain ecosystem participation. You will moderate, listen to, and engage with community members, providing support where needed and cultivating a sense of shared mission and belonging.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and management of BlockApps’ Web3 community, prioritizing user onboarding and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement metrics to track community engagement, sentiment analysis, and their impact on business outcomes such as revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of Web3 market trends, competitor innovations, and customer needs to inform community strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and client relations, to create compelling content and communication for feature updates and product launches.
- Design and execute scalable social media and online community campaigns across platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram to expand brand visibility and user interaction.
- Plan and host engaging online and in-person events, such as AMAs, workshops, and meetups, to strengthen community bonds and promote active participation.
- Curate a dynamic content calendar that aligns with product milestones, educational goals, and community interests to maintain long-term engagement.
- Actively moderate and engage with community members, addressing their queries, fostering discussions, and reinforcing the company’s mission and values.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to internal teams based on community sentiment and user behavior to optimize product and marketing strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration of community efforts with broader business objectives, driving measurable results for growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, marketing, or related fields within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Excellent understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized applications, and community-driven ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret community data, track engagement metrics, and report findings effectively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and community engagement software (e.g., Discord, Slack, Notion).

Qualifications
