Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and target audience. The ideal candidate will focus on integrating Web3 technologies and token launch initiatives into the broader marketing framework to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing brand identity, overseeing digital marketing operations, creating and distributing content, and managing public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience. Specifically focus on leveraging Web3 technologies and token launches as part of the broader marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, materials, and communications to build brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and leverage them to maximize our online presence and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, and videos. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and resonates with our target audience through data-driven insights and creative storytelling.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads. Optimize conversion funnels and implement effective lead nurturing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and improve sales pipelines.
  • Manage media relations and external communications. Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility, secure media coverage, and act as a spokesperson for the company during critical moments or product launches.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent role, with a strong track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for tech-driven companies.
  • Expertise in Web3 marketing, including token economics, blockchain-based campaigns, and decentralized marketing techniques to engage crypto and Web3 communities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media platforms, and email marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent brand management skills, with experience in creating cohesive brand identities and maintaining consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including writing, video production, and graphic design, with a focus on creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization, with a proven ability to design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and improve customer acquisition rates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global market outreach and international communication needs.
