Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis:
- Having high market sensitivity, able to accurately capture and analyze market dynamics
- Adjust website design and marketing strategies based on market trends
- Being able to translate market analysis into specific strategies and actions, guiding the improvement of website communication conversion rate and user experience
- Marketing Planning:
- Directly responsible for online store data, familiar with various promotion methods and rules of online channels
- Based on promotion and growth rules, effectively carry out marketing activities, coordinate cross departmental resource cooperation, and ensure that marketing effectiveness meets expectations
- Data Analysis:
- Familiar with commonly used data analysis tools such as GA and GSC, with a deep understanding of key indicators such as traffic, click through rate, conversion rate, and repurchase rate
- Obtain data insights through A/B testing and effectively apply the results to website design to drive data growth
- Project Management:
- Strong product thinking, able to think from a product or technical perspective, analyze and continuously optimize various aspects and details of e-commerce platforms
- Work closely with the product and R&D teams to promote iterative updates on the official website
- Leadership:
- Establish a talent system for the e-commerce team, and build and develop an efficient and proactive e-commerce operation team
- By implementing effective leadership and management strategies, promote the growth of the team and individual members, and enhance team performance
