Job Description
Responsible for building and operating blockchain-based research communities, including NFT, DAO, DeFi, and cryptocurrency trading, to achieve long-term user growth, engagement, and brand reputation. Develop and execute community strategies that integrate both offline and overseas operations, leveraging platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and others. Create and maintain a robust community tool system to enhance operational efficiency, monitor data effectiveness, and optimize resource utilization. Focus on user experience improvement through content production and consumption analysis, implementing measures to enhance both online and offline engagement. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure timely product updates and strategy adjustments. Build a comprehensive fan matrix framework, expanding from existing to potential user bases. Manage official communities across overseas social media, WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, and Douyin, while maintaining user relationships and product after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and control the operational strategy of blockchain asset crowdsourcing communities, ensuring long-term consensus building and high-quality user engagement.
  • Establish community frameworks, rules, and mechanisms, designing targeted activities to guide user attention and expand community influence.
  • Monitor and respond to user inquiries, maintain community order, and handle risk events promptly.
  • Optimize content production and consumption ecosystems, analyzing data to improve user viewing experience across multiple dimensions.
  • Develop and execute fan growth strategies, increasing user stickiness, engagement, and loyalty through event planning and content marketing.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support product updates and strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate with teams to build a blockchain entertainment ecosystem, creating innovative content and activities aligned with market trends.
  • Manage private domain user accounts, track backend messages, and screen outstanding users for community engagement.
  • Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive intelligence to refine product positioning and growth strategies.
  • Design and implement content marketing plans, including project reports, press releases, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making by analyzing user behavior and market trends to iterate product strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals, maintaining a focus on user-centric product design.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1+ year experience in community operations, content marketing, or product management. Preference for overseas study/work experience and expertise in Web3.0, blockchain technologies, and DeFi ecosystems.
  • Strong proficiency in English for communication and documentation, with experience in managing both offline and overseas communities.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data, market trends, and competitive intelligence, supporting product strategy iterations and growth planning.
  • Ability to create and execute targeted content marketing campaigns, including social media growth, influencer collaboration, and PR output.
  • Experience in event planning and activity execution, with a track record of increasing user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design, animation) and a strong understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset to ensure timely delivery of operational objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain products (NFTs, DAOs, DeFi protocols) and experience in user or community operations for at least one project.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-departmental collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Preference for experience in operating young user groups or market operations, with a focus on Texas Hold'em-related communities.
  • Excellent learning agility to adapt to industry changes and integrate new resources into operational strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in community management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and a strong understanding of metrics to track community performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in product design and market research, with a focus on user-centric approaches and competitive product development.
