Job Description
Seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the global operation and promotion of our products. This role will focus on expanding market presence through strategic initiatives, including but not limited to cross-border collaboration, localized marketing campaigns, and channel development. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring international market trends, analyzing user behavior patterns, and delivering comprehensive industry insights to guide business decisions. Additionally, the position requires managing and engaging overseas communities across platforms like Telegram, Twitter, and Discord, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and driving user participation. Content creation in English and related fields is also a key component of this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overseas product operations and promotional activities, coordinating with international teams and partners for successful execution.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, user preferences, and competitive landscapes in target regions.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies, including organizing events, moderating discussions, and fostering user loyalty across digital platforms.
  • Monitor community activity metrics, respond to user inquiries promptly, and ensure alignment with brand objectives and customer acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized content, including promotional articles, social media posts, and campaign materials.
  • Track and analyze the performance of promotional efforts, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on cultural nuances and regional regulations to ensure compliance and effective communication in international markets.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in international market operations, preferably with a focus on Southeast Asia or other emerging markets.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong writing and communication skills for content creation and stakeholder reporting.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis, identify market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms) for campaign tracking and performance evaluation.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships with overseas partners, influencers, and clients.
  • Experience in managing online communities, with a track record of increasing engagement and user retention metrics.
  • Knowledge of cross-cultural communication principles and regional user behavior patterns is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Southeast Asian market dynamics, local user demographics, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings in clear, concise reports.
