Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations and process optimization of our cross-border payment products. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and compliant transactions while driving business growth through data analysis and strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and process optimization of the company's cross-border payment products, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions
- Track cross-border payment business data, analyze user behavior and business processes, identify and drive solutions to operational pain points
- Coordinate multiple departments including product, technology, risk control, and compliance to promote the launch and implementation of cross-border payment projects
- Pay attention to the Web3 industry trends, collect and analyze cooperation opportunities and trends within the industry, and provide support for the company's market strategy
- Support the access and subsequent operation of cross-border payment partners (such as wallets, merchants, financial institutions, etc.)
- Follow up on global compliance policies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for cross-border payment compliance and risk control
- Plan and execute operational activities related to user growth, retention, and conversion to enhance cross-border payment business volume
- Organize and output operational data analysis reports, regularly review and provide optimization suggestions
Additional Requirements
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, cross-departmental coordination abilities, and a deep understanding of cross-border payment ecosystems. Experience in Web3 or blockchain-related financial services would be a significant advantage.
