Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive community engagement through active interaction, question answering, and concern resolution
- Facilitate meaningful discussions and contribute valuable insights to foster a vibrant community
- Track community metrics and analyze data to inform growth strategies
- Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Collect and synthesize community feedback to support product and marketing improvements
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in community management or customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret community data
- Understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain industry preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones when needed
