Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with community members, addressing questions and concerns to foster positive interactions
- Facilitate meaningful discussions and provide valuable insights to create an engaged community
- Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Utilize data analytics to track community growth and engagement metrics
- Collect and analyze community feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
- Bridge communication between Chinese and English-speaking community members
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- 1+ years experience in community management or customer support
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze community metrics and derive actionable insights
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities
