Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event & Community Manager to plan and execute both online and offline events that enhance brand impact and user engagement. This role involves strategizing and implementing activities to attract new users while retaining existing ones, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline events to enhance brand impact and user engagement.
- Strategize and carry out activities to attract new users and retain existing ones.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including writing data analysis reports and tracking user behavior.
- Analyze user behavior to optimize operational strategies and improve performance.
- Participate in setting the operation budget and monitor costs to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- Identify, recruit, and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the MyShell community.
- Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with KOLs and partners.
- Act as a liaison for cross-departmental communication, collaborating with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Initiate creative community events to drive engagement and fuel growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, community management, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret user behavior data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging community initiatives.
- Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
- Ability to identify and nurture relationships with KOLs and influencers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for community building and user engagement strategies.

- Experience in the tech or digital platform industry.
