Job Description
We are seeking a professional to maintain relationships with channel partners and banks, optimize front-end pages, and conduct market research to enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate will participate in OTC activity design and operations while demonstrating expertise in fiat deposit products and payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with channel partners and financial institutions
- Optimize front-end user interfaces and page layouts for better user experience
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis
- Identify user needs and recommend product improvements
- Participate in designing and operating various OTC activities
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of fiat deposit products and services
- Knowledge of channel payment systems and cross-border payment solutions
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market research data
- Experience in front-end optimization and user experience improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in financial services or payment industry
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency OTC operations
- Background in product management or business development
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services
