Job Description
This overseas operations position is responsible for managing user engagement, social media platforms, and online activities to enhance brand influence and drive conversions. The role requires a user-centric approach, data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for user operations of company products, including retention and promotion, with a user-centric approach. Through lifecycle management, propose effective solutions and promote their implementation, and be responsible for operational indicators.
- Responsible for the daily operation and event planning of the company's overseas social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Continuously optimize the output of high-quality content to promote conversion and expand brand influence.
- Plan and execute targeted online activities based on the company's different product needs and industry hotspots. Track the effectiveness of the activity and be responsible for the final outcome.
- Record and analyze daily operational data, summarize user behavior habits through data, and optimize operational methods.
- Participate in other team collaborations and complete tasks assigned by leaders.
