Job Description
As a Business Analyst at Tiny Trader, you will serve as a critical link between business needs and technical implementations. Your role involves collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and create compelling proposals that highlight our technology and liquidity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Collection & Analysis: Work with internal stakeholders (traders, developers, product managers) to gather and document business needs for trading technology and liquidity solutions. Analyze existing systems/processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Solution Design & Development: Partner with technical teams to transform business requirements into functional specifications. Help design and validate solutions aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Examine trading data, market trends, and liquidity indicators to generate actionable insights. Create/maintain performance dashboards and evaluate solution effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear dialogue between business and technical teams throughout projects. Conduct seminars/presentations to discuss requirements and project status.
- Project Management Support: Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and mitigate risks that could impact success.
- Market Research: Monitor cryptocurrency/trading industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. Assess market dynamics' potential impact on our solutions.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in business analysis within trading/fintech sectors
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and liquidity management concepts
- Project management certification (PMP/Agile) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field
