Key Responsibilities
  • Based on the company's business goals and user requirements, develop comprehensive product strategies at the strategic level, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and long-term vision. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, and oversee the product design team to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliverables.
  • Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, encompassing requirement analysis, functional design, R&D testing, user acceptance, and post-launch promotion. Conduct in-depth business research to identify market opportunities and user pain points, translating findings into actionable product roadmaps and iteration plans.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch through multiple channels, including user feedback, analytics tools, and competitor activity tracking. Collect and analyze usage data, industry trends, and competitor strategies to formulate detailed user experience improvements and product optimization initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of these plans.
  • Actively gather customer demands via surveys, interviews, and feedback loops, validating product capabilities against market needs. Regularly evaluate product data performance metrics, track industry development trends, and propose innovative solutions for product enhancement and risk mitigation. Proactively manage product risks through predictive analysis and contingency planning.
  • Oversee resource allocation and management within the product design department, ensuring optimal utilization of human, financial, and technological resources. Coordinate cross-functional teams to support product development, and maintain strategic alignment between departmental goals and organizational priorities.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful product launches. Strong strategic thinking skills to align product vision with business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software for lifecycle tracking.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive product features. Strong communication skills to present ideas to stakeholders and collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and deadlines. Demonstrated leadership in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within product teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of product risk management frameworks and the ability to implement proactive measures to minimize potential issues. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, with advanced degree preferred.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in product management or related field, with experience in SaaS or tech-driven industries. Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle management. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience and business outcomes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance throughout the product development process. Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
