Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on designing, launching, and optimizing on-chain products that bridge user needs with blockchain technology, driving the adoption and implementation of ecosystem applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on DEX projects such as dYdX, GMX, Lighter, and AEVO.
- Lead the design and delivery of Web3 products (wallets, DeFi protocols, RWA applications, developer tools).
- Perform market and user research to identify emerging trends and develop product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define and manage product requirements, specifications, and user flows.
- Coordinate with ecosystem, compliance, and business teams to ensure products meet market and regulatory standards.
- Monitor product metrics, user feedback, and on-chain data to drive iterative improvements.
- Engage with developer and user communities to gather feedback and enhance ecosystem adoption.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in blockchain/Web3/fintech.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, Layer2, RWA, NFTs, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles (from ideation to launch and iteration).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, adaptable to a fast-paced, global work environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for Web3 innovation.
