- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (backend/frontend developers, smart contract engineers, security specialists, designers, and operations) to define clear product requirements, set priorities, and drive iterative delivery from conception to launch.
- Ensure product compliance with core security standards and regulatory requirements (private key management, multi-sig/MPC solutions, transaction signing, anti-phishing measures, compliant custody solutions, etc.) while maintaining high-quality releases.
- Analyze user behavior data and feedback to identify growth opportunities, propose new features, commercialization strategies, or competitive differentiators.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge Web3 trends (account abstraction, intent-based transactions, MPC technology, hardware signing, cross-chain solutions, Layer2 scaling) to drive continuous product architecture and experience evolution.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of decentralized wallets, Web3 account systems, DeFi protocols, or on-chain transactions, with clear understanding of private key management, transaction signing, Gas mechanisms, token standards, smart contract interactions, and WalletConnect protocols.
- Proven product management experience in Web3, fintech, trading platforms, or wallet products (preference for candidates with hands-on experience in decentralized wallets, custodial wallets, or related products).
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct independent requirement analysis, user research, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Ability to produce comprehensive documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user flows, operation manuals, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in user testing methodologies, A/B testing frameworks, and common data analysis tools, with strong orientation toward data-driven iteration.
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility, capable of independent thinking, rapid decision-making, and cross-team collaboration.
