Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the Roadmap: Work with leadership to prioritize high-impact features and improvements. Translate user feedback, market insights, and company goals into product specs that everyone can get behind.
• Own Product Initiatives, Start to Finish: Define requirements by turning broad ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate relentlessly with design for user flows/wireframes and with engineering to discuss feasibility and trade-offs.
• Execute & Iterate Rapidly: Manage sprints by facilitating stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retros to ensure smooth development cycles. Launch features and measure success with data, user feedback, and stakeholder input, then optimize based on findings.
• Elevate User Experience: Advocate for design-centric thinking and streamline complex crypto operations into intuitive flows. Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback post-launch to continuously improve product usability and performance.
• Foster a Collaborative Culture: Work cross-functionally with marketing, support, and sales to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Contribute to a culture of openness, feedback, and rapid experimentation to maintain innovation.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in crypto or fintech
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications
• Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and sprint management
• Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for creating intuitive user experiences in complex domains
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or understanding of blockchain technology
• Experience with UX/UI design principles
• Previous work in startup environments
• Knowledge of crypto market trends and user behaviors
