Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear product roadmap for Operate Tools, aligning with the company's vision to scale blockchain applications.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Design, Data Team, and other stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions for developers and users.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize opportunities based on impact, and oversee end-to-end execution of product initiatives.
• Establish key performance metrics to guide product decisions and measure success, ensuring value delivery to developers and the ecosystem.
• Report on progress, identify strategic challenges, and refine product strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Engage with developers and ecosystem partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in blockchain or developer tools.
• Strong ability to define product roadmaps and align them with business objectives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including Development, Design, and Data.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing initiatives based on impact.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to establish and track key performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills to report progress and engage with stakeholders.
• Passion for blockchain technology and understanding of developer needs.
