We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the internal operations management backend of our exchange platform. This role involves comprehensive product planning for key functional modules including user management, KYC verification, campaign configuration, rebate settlement, and customer service ticketing systems.

The ideal candidate will design highly configurable operational tools to enhance the efficiency of our operations team in areas such as precision user management, rapid campaign deployment, and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies for the exchange's internal operation management backend
Design flexible and configurable operational tools to improve team efficiency in user operations and campaign management
Collaborate with the risk control team to design and optimize risk management backends including rule configuration, abnormal transaction monitoring, blacklist management, and anti-fraud systems
Streamline internal business processes and continuously optimize backend operations to reduce manual errors and improve coordination efficiency
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and customer support

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in middle/backend product management, preferably in financial, e-commerce, or trading platforms
Deep understanding of business processes with ability to transform complex offline processes into standardized online solutions
Knowledge of common risk control strategies (KYC/AML hierarchies, transaction limits, IP monitoring, etc.) - experience in risk system design is preferred
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple stakeholder requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
