Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our company's products. This role involves comprehensive product development from initial planning to final implementation, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product planning, business research, requirement analysis, document preparation, prototype design, and R&D follow-up
- Perform in-depth market and user research to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing products
- Coordinate with business teams to design systems and roadmap planning for online business products
- Design functional modules and optimize system functions, delivering optimal solutions from cost-benefit perspectives
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and development teams to ensure successful product launches and operations
- Follow up on optimization and iteration work to maintain system security and stability
- Understand business models in art, NFT, and RWA industries to support rapid business development
- Work closely with business and technical teams to improve management efficiency
Job Requirements
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for the Web3 industry
- Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and related fields
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Experience in product design and development is preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in art, NFT, or RWA industries
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Background in UX/UI design
- Understanding of system security best practices
