Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand exchange fiat currency, C2C, and other businesses, quickly define and analyze problems based on business goals, and implement solutions.
• Build services to attract new customers, promote activity, and drive conversion, while being accountable for growth metrics.
• Identify data-driven opportunities, develop product strategies for customer acquisition and engagement, and execute them effectively.
• Analyze product challenges, explore new value-added scenarios, and enhance product competitiveness based on industry trends.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to drive product design, development, and implementation, while tracking feedback and iterating improvements.
• Research user behavior to provide sustainable UX design throughout the product lifecycle and enhance overall user experience.
• Communicate and collaborate with overseas teams to align on product strategies and execution.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, growth strategies, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions efficiently.
• Experience in user lifecycle management, customer acquisition, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, with experience working with international teams.
• Knowledge of fintech, cryptocurrency, or exchange platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
