Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Web3 Product & Mechanism Designer. This role involves deep participation in the innovation and development of cutting-edge Web3 products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product & Mechanism Design: Actively participate in defining product features, designing functionalities, and establishing rules. Collaborate with product managers and developers to design trading rules, market matching logic, and settlement/clearing processes.
- Economic Model & Incentive Design: Lead or contribute to designing tokenomics (Token/Points/Rewards). Optimize user incentive mechanisms (trading incentives, market-making incentives, creator incentives) and merchant/LP/market-maker structures.
- Project & Product Operations: Oversee the entire operational strategy from product launch (0 → 1) to scaling. Execute cold-start plans, thematic operations for key markets/events, and user growth/retention campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Monitor core metrics (active users, trading volume/liquidity, user retention, event participation rates). Provide data-driven optimization suggestions and detect anomalies (fraud, arbitrage, market manipulation).
- Industry & Innovation Research: Continuously study Web3 trading innovations (prediction markets, GameFi, sports financialization). Analyze successful products' mechanisms and growth strategies for actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
