PMO Lead – Technology & Product (Centralized Exchange) We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead (Technology & Product) to establish and lead the PMO framework supporting the core technology and product teams of our exchange. This role will drive project delivery governance, cross-team collaboration, and overall transparency and visibility of the project portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and can bring systematic management and execution discipline to complex technology and product initiatives.
PMO Framework & Governance
- Establish and lead the PMO management system for technology and product teams
- Develop project governance mechanisms, delivery processes, and reporting standards
- Build PMO standard processes, templates, and execution manuals
- Create project initiation and priority evaluation mechanisms
- Align product roadmaps with technical delivery capabilities
Project & Program Management
- Oversee critical technology and product projects for the trading platform
- Track progress of multiple concurrent projects and version releases
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and key bottlenecks
- Drive risk mitigation and corrective action plans
- Ensure control over key milestones and timelines
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Serve as the central coordination hub between product, engineering, data, risk control, and operations teams
- Organize and drive cross-team planning and execution rhythm management
- Clarify project ownership, scope, and timelines
- Assist leadership in aligning priorities and sequencing
Planning, Metrics & Reporting
- Establish project portfolio dashboards and progress tracking systems
- Define delivery KPIs and execution metrics
- Provide structured weekly and monthly reports to leadership
- Monitor product roadmap advancement and release readiness
- Support resource planning and capacity assessment
Process Optimization & Scaling
- Continuously improve product and technology delivery processes
- Introduce scalable planning and management tools
- Strengthen version release and change coordination mechanisms
- Drive retrospective processes and post-launch evaluations
Job Requirements
- 6+ years experience in PMO, program management, or technical project management
- Proven experience building PMO frameworks or project governance structures
- Deep collaboration experience with product and engineering teams
- Experience in centralized exchanges, fintech, trading systems or Web3 preferred
- Ability to manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously
- Excellent cross-functional communication and driving capabilities
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Exchange or trading system background preferred
- Technical or engineering background advantageous
- PMP or agile certifications a plus
- Proficiency with Lark, Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Notion or similar tools
