Job Description
Seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee the development and implementation of web3-based projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with industry standards, and drive innovation in blockchain and decentralized technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes, as well as the ability to evaluate and implement appropriate database solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation, tracking project milestones, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. A strong focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and team motivation is essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality web3 projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirement documents, technical specifications, and project plans.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of software development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Track project progress using agile methodologies and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in blockchain development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team expertise in emerging web3 technologies.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party tools and services.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical management experience in software development.
- Proficient in front-end development standards, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experienced in back-end development, with expertise in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Deep knowledge of common databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and the ability to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and use cases.
- Strong command of Linux terminal operations, including scripting, command-line tools, and system administration tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive team enthusiasm and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Clear understanding of the web3 industry's potential and a willingness to actively engage in its growth.
- Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including requirement specifications and user manuals.
- Experience in project tracking and management, with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptive mindset.
