Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Scheme Design: Develop implementation plans for collaborations with popular/potential public chains and ecosystem projects. Deeply analyze project characteristics and combine with product advantages to create innovative solutions. Manage activity promotion channels and control promotion pace.
• Data Growth: Use data as key metric to design growth strategies through project cooperation, event operations, and brand promotion. Continuously optimize conversion funnels.
• Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, business units, operations, design, branding, content, and product departments to ensure successful implementation of cooperation plans.
• User Insights: Identify cryptocurrency user needs and align solution implementation with these requirements to deliver enhanced value for wallet users.
• Project Research: Research trending/promising public chains and ecosystem projects to explore digital currency wallet potential in this space.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in project operations, preferably in blockchain/crypto industry
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Creative problem-solving skills with user-centric approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English with additional languages as a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cryptocurrency wallets or DeFi projects
• Background in growth hacking or digital marketing
• Familiarity with major public chains and their ecosystems
• Strong network within blockchain industry
