Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive quantitative trading system and infrastructure including market interface, trading framework, data processing/storage modules
- Design and implement trading execution systems and risk management functional modules
- Optimize system performance to enhance response speed and operational efficiency
- Implement systematic risk management protocols and monitoring mechanisms
- Ensure trading system stability and reliability through rigorous testing and maintenance
- Research emerging quantitative trading techniques and market trends
- Continuously refine and improve trading strategies and system architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python or Java
- Experience with low-latency system design and optimization
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts
- Understanding of quantitative trading strategies and algorithms
- Familiarity with market data feeds and order execution protocols
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced trading environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with distributed systems and parallel computing
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques in trading
- Background in mathematics, physics, computer science or related field
- Previous experience in quantitative trading or hedge fund environment
