Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Rust/Go Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in either Rust (3+ years) or Go (5+ years) programming languages, with a background in quantitative trading development or related peripheral product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quantitative trading systems or related peripheral products (risk control/reporting systems, etc.)
- Interface with mainstream exchange APIs and implement trading strategies
- Work with various derivative trading rules and ensure compliance
- Build and maintain open source operation and maintenance management backends (Grafana/Flashcat/Portainer, etc.)
- Develop and optimize GRPC-related projects
- Implement solutions using HTTP and WebSocket protocols
- Work with databases including MySql and Redis
- Utilize Git for version control and Linux commands for system operations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Rust development experience OR 5+ years of Go development experience
- Experience in quantitative trading development or related peripheral product development
- Familiarity with mainstream exchange APIs
- Knowledge of various derivative trading rules
- Experience with open source operation and maintenance management tools (Grafana/Flashcat/Portainer, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with GRPC projects
- Proficiency in HTTP and WebSocket protocols
- Strong skills in MySql, Redis, Git, and Linux command line
- Excellent problem-solving and learning abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-performance, low-latency large-scale projects
- Background in financial technology or trading systems
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
