Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement blockchain trading systems, specializing in contract trading system architecture and operations
• Collaborate with business development teams to create comprehensive blockchain technology solutions that meet partner requirements
• Facilitate project delivery by working closely with partners to ensure successful implementation
• Enhance and standardize development and testing processes within the technical team
• Integrate various financial instruments including foreign exchange/commodity spread contracts and US/Hong Kong stock spread contracts into trading systems
• Build and mentor a high-performing product technology team through effective leadership and talent development
• Optimize team resource allocation and project coordination to maintain efficient workflow
• Develop and implement performance assessment systems and incentive programs to boost team productivity
• Continuously improve team output quality and operational efficiency through process optimization

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain system development, particularly in trading systems
• Strong background in contract trading system architecture and implementation
• Excellent technical solution design capabilities aligned with business needs
• Experience in financial product integration (FX, commodities, equities)
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team building and talent development
• Ability to establish and optimize development processes and standards
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
• Experience in creating performance evaluation systems
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in foreign exchange or commodities trading systems
• Knowledge of US/Hong Kong stock market operations
• Familiarity with spread contract trading mechanisms
• Background in financial technology innovation
