We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for identifying the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial interviews independently to assess candidates' basic competencies and job fit.
- Coordinate and schedule second-round interviews with department heads for candidates who pass the initial screening.
- Oversee employee onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels to enhance hiring efficiency and reach a wider talent pool.
- Assist in optimizing recruitment processes and human resources policies to improve overall efficiency.
- Support management in workforce planning and the development of recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements
- Chinese nationality with prior experience in human resources or recruitment.
- Proven experience in conducting interviews and independently screening candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate job requirements and engage with candidates.
- Outgoing, confident personality with strong judgment and recruitment expertise.
- Familiarity with common recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly execution-driven.
- Preferred: Knowledge of or prior recruitment experience in the Web3/blockchain industry.
