Job Description
The role involves identifying and investigating market risks, optimizing risk control strategies, and real-time monitoring of trading activities to ensure market integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Risk Identification & Investigation: Monitor market risks such as abnormal price fluctuations and sudden volume surges. Investigate and identify market manipulation behaviors like pump-and-dump schemes and spoofing.
- Account Correlation Analysis: Analyze account linkages to uncover potential manipulation groups and collusive cheating behaviors.
- Risk Control Strategy & System Optimization: Participate in the development, testing, and iterative optimization of risk control rules, models, and strategies.
- Collaboration with Product & Tech Teams: Work closely with product and technical teams to implement risk control requirements.
- Risk Analysis Reporting: Prepare risk analysis reports summarizing risk incidents, handling results, and improvement recommendations.
- Real-Time Monitoring & Risk Handling: Respond promptly to trading-related risk incidents. Establish a trading monitoring system to track market risks closely.
- Suspicious Activity Analysis: Assess and analyze suspicious trading behaviors, taking necessary immediate intervention measures.
Job Requirements
- Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading risk control within traditional financial sectors (securities, futures, forex) or cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Strong interest in digital asset markets, with familiarity in cryptocurrency trading mechanisms, products, and market characteristics.
- Sharp risk awareness and strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL/Python/R for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent logical judgment and emergency response capabilities, able to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Deep interest in digital asset markets, with expertise in cryptocurrency trading mechanisms and market dynamics.
