Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and expanding business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales performance targets (including new product sales, promotion of managed resources, etc.)
  • Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs and provide real-time feedback to the company on product requirements, product issues, and technical support needs
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, with special focus on key clients
  • Expand business resources including maintenance resources, operation and maintenance resources, mining pool computing power, marketing resources, and new business resources
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology or resource management
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of mining pool operations and computing resources is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technical sales or IT-related products
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
  • Existing network in the tech or financial services industry
  • Multilingual capabilities for international client management
