Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product requirement research, project planning, project design, requirement follow-up, and requirement implementation for digital currency trading platforms.
• Responsible for writing product requirement documents, outputting product prototypes, coordinating and following up on internal processes such as project management, research and development, testing, and operations, conducting effective collaboration management, and promoting high-quality product launches.
• Dive deep into the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry, conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand the overall market landscape including competitors and partners, provide reference for product design, and explore new business models and product directions.
• Based on development goals, define easy-to-use and efficient product experiences, design universal and efficient business processing workflows and data models.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in cryptocurrency/blockchain or fintech industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with a deep understanding of industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing trading platforms or financial products.
• Knowledge of blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
