Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user needs research and provide planning/design solutions by understanding user behavior and pain points
• Develop comprehensive front-end product plans including functional requirements, interface design, and user experience
• Collaborate with development teams to guide product development and ensure timely delivery
• Work with designers to optimize interfaces, improve interactions, and enhance overall user experience
• Analyze competitors and market trends to develop effective marketing strategies
• Provide product training and support to users, addressing questions and collecting feedback
• Evaluate product performance through data analysis and user feedback to guide improvements
• Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and promotion

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of product design or UX/UI experience
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret user data and feedback
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design tools and prototyping software
• Understanding of front-end development principles
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies
• Portfolio demonstrating successful product design projects
• Experience in conducting user testing and research
