Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of CEX exchange business projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives. The position requires strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and process optimization to drive technological innovation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver key projects including exchange technology development, product launches, and market expansion.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery while resolving interdepartmental issues.
- Project Planning & Control: Develop detailed project plans, assess risks, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Requirement Management: Clarify project requirements with stakeholders, manage changes, and balance scope, time, and resource constraints.
- Team Leadership: Guide the project management team to enhance execution efficiency and cultivate talent.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and maintain progress during unforeseen challenges.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project status, risks, and key decisions to ensure transparency.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve project management methodologies, promote agile practices, and increase delivery efficiency.
- Resource Management: Optimize team and technical resources to complete projects within budget.
- Technology Innovation: Encourage adoption of new technologies to enhance platform performance and user experience.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within fintech or cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of exchange technologies, trading systems, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage and mentor project teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
- Fluent in English with additional language skills being a plus.
