Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overseas promotion plans to ensure website traffic and conversion rate targets are met.
• Conduct market research and formulate overseas marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Optimize keyword rankings to improve natural search results on Google, increasing website traffic, indexing, backlinks, and PR value.
• Utilize digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and SEM to effectively promote brands and products.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead team building efforts, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to ensure team efficiency and execution.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and executing overseas marketing and promotion strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and Google search ranking factors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in team management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
