Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee training, performance evaluation, benefits administration, and daily HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage labor contract signing processes.
  • Organize and coordinate new employee training programs, including developing training plans, arranging courses/activities, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Develop performance evaluation standards and processes, participate in implementation and data analysis.
  • Manage employee vacation and welfare benefits, including leave management, overtime compensation, social security, and housing provident fund administration.
  • Maintain employee personal files, contract documents, and training records with timely updates and proper archiving.
  • Handle employee resignation procedures, final settlement of salaries/benefits, and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist with office administration including meeting arrangements, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Follow superiors' guidance and complete department-specific HR management tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR working experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
