Job Description:
We are building the leading programmable token launch platform on EVM chains, having integrated with major wallets, terminals, and discovery platforms in the ecosystem. We have also launched the first operational on-chain AI Oracle supporting verifiable LLM inference. Currently, we are rapidly expanding within the EVM ecosystem. Our team is designing powerful customization frameworks that allow external developers to build on our protocol. Our flagship product, the Vault specification (which enables developers to route and utilize token tax revenue for custom functionalities like gaming funding support), is the primary driver, but this is just the beginning of our expanding ecosystem. This is not a traditional role. We are a highly AI-forward company. You will extensively use AI tools to automate daily tasks, leveraging and optimizing custom skills we've developed for AI agents to better guide external developers. Your primary responsibility is to write rigorous and reliable smart contracts while also serving as our technical expert to guide the developer community. When needed, you will quickly build backend MVPs to maintain an extremely efficient development pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-Principles Smart Contract Architecture: Collaborate with existing core developers to design new protocols and customization frameworks. In our highly efficient AI-assisted workflow, you will independently take ownership of specific new features or standalone products from scratch and work closely with the team to complete integration. You will write clean, highly optimized Solidity code, always prioritizing security and edge cases with extreme caution.
- Developer Empowerment (via AI Agents): Our developer users will build Vault Factories and custom mechanisms on top of our protocol. You are not their support hotline—you will have designed AI agents to handle Tier 1 support, stepping in as a human expert only for complex protocol-level issues. Your core responsibility is to continuously optimize AI skills, ensuring 90% of developer issues are resolved without your direct involvement.
- Rapid MVP Development: As a full-stack catalyst, quickly build initial Proof-of-Concepts and MVP backends for new features to validate ideas before handing them off to dedicated backend teams.
- AI Skill Optimization: Proactively integrate AI deeply into your personal workflow. You will not only use our AI agents but also actively develop, optimize, and iterate on the skills they use to better serve the entire ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively with internal teams and the global developer community.
- Core Tech Stack (Solidity + Rust): Must have solid experience in EVM Solidity smart contract development and deployment with a "security-first, extremely cautious" mindset. While Rust experience is not mandatory, you must have a strong willingness to learn and quickly master Rust and other languages to support current architecture and future multi-chain integrations.
- Interest in Mechanism Design: You are not just an executor but should also have your own thoughts and insights on token mechanisms, AMM design, and DeFi primitives. Ability to read code like sat0, RISE, and Uniswap V4 Hooks and form your own judgments on "clever vs. flawed" designs.
- Timezone Compatibility: Must be able to maintain work overlap with time zones ranging from Europe to APAC (up to UTC+9).
