Soft Skills
- Good stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and expression skills
- Good English reading ability
Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of mainstream blockchain projects such as Optimism, Aptos, and Uniswap
- Familiarity with current trends in decentralized finance (DeFi)
- Interest in exploring new blockchain technologies and protocols
