Job Description
We are looking for a talented New Media Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and daily management of our accounts on platforms such as Little Red Book, official websites, and Twitter.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and manage new media platform accounts including Little Red Book, official websites, and Twitter.
- Ensure familiarity with the operating rules of various platforms, new media graphic and text layout, and possess image editing skills.
- Follow the content plan to ensure proper layout and timely content release, creating high-quality promotional and traffic-generating content.
- Continuously improve content quality based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- Regularly collect and analyze platform data to optimize engagement strategies.
- Actively interact with users to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
- Participate in the collection, content creation, script writing, filming, and post-production of short video materials for other new media platforms.
- Assist the course team in completing other daily tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms such as Little Red Book, Twitter, and official websites.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content optimization, and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and image editing software.
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret platform data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in video content creation, script writing, filming, and post-production is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with users effectively.
