Job Description:
Taiwan Social Media Community Specialist (Must be a local Taiwanese)
This role involves managing and operating Chinese-language official social media platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, LINE, and other community channels. Responsibilities include content planning, publishing, interaction, and user engagement.
Develop and execute localized content strategies, aligning with industry trends, festivals, product updates, and marketing campaigns to consistently deliver high-quality content.
Monitor real-time trends in the digital currency industry, market hotspots, and community discussions to quickly plan and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and user interaction.
Drive community engagement by organizing online events, AMAs, and promotional activities to improve user retention and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
Collaborate with the design team to create posters, short videos, and event materials, ensuring all content aligns with brand identity and platform characteristics.
Regularly analyze social media and community metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversion performance, to refine operational strategies and content direction.
Support offline and online brand activities such as MeetUps, Workshops, exhibitions, AMAs, and campus events to elevate Deepcoin's exposure and influence in the Taiwanese market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2 years of social media management experience, including 1 year focused on platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, and LINE.
- Experience in digital currency exchanges, blockchain projects, or the Web3 industry, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem and user behavior.
- Highly attuned to Web3 market trends, with excellent content creation and topic-planning skills to swiftly adapt to market changes.
- Familiarity with community growth strategies and KOL collaboration models, with the ability to expand resources and execute projects.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize content and growth strategies based on operational data.
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of independently driving projects to completion.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and efficient, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
