Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to oversee our online presence and engage with our audience. This role involves managing social media accounts, building communities, and organizing online events to enhance user interaction and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Account Management: Responsible for daily management and content posting on the company's social media accounts. Monitor interactions and feedback on social media platforms, and promptly respond to user inquiries.
- Community Building and Operation: Build and manage online communities to increase user engagement. Organize and coordinate community activities to enhance user participation.
- Online Event Planning: Plan and execute various online events, including but not limited to AMAs, giveaways, and other interactive activities.
- Daily Content Output: Create and publish engaging content regularly to maintain an active online presence.
