Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Content Planning Manager to develop and execute engaging content strategies for our social media platforms, with a focus on Twitter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing account growth, enhancing brand influence, and improving user interaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning and Writing: Develop and write content strategies for social media platforms, including engaging tweets, topic discussions, and event promotions.
- Account Incubation and Operation: Manage and operate social media accounts, actively promoting account growth and activity to enhance brand influence and user interaction experience.
- Community Interaction and Management: Engage with users on social media platforms, reply to comments and questions, maintain a positive community atmosphere, and boost user participation and loyalty.
- Content Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media account data, identify content effectiveness and user preferences, and adjust strategies to optimize content and improve operational effectiveness.
- Brand Promotion and Cooperation: Develop brand promotion plans, establish partnerships with industry-related institutions, media, and KOLs, and collaborate to enhance brand exposure on social media.
- Trend Analysis and Content Innovation: Stay updated on hot topics and trends in the cryptocurrency and financial industries, innovate content forms and topics, and increase account attractiveness and relevance.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing and community teams, coordinate resources, and drive the development and operation of social media accounts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content planning and management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial industry.
