Job Description
As a Software Engineer at Den, you will be responsible for developing full stack web applications that empower crypto-native organizations, such as DAOs, to build and execute transactions efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the technical co-founders of Den to establish the foundation of the engineering team, both technically and culturally. Additionally, you will take on a leadership role in technical decision-making as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack web applications for crypto-native organizations
- Work closely with the technical co-founders to shape the engineering team's foundation
- Contribute to both technical and cultural aspects of the engineering team
- Provide technical leadership as the company scales
- Ensure fast and efficient transaction execution for DAOs and similar organizations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in full stack web development
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto-native organizations
- Ability to work closely with technical leadership and contribute to team building
- Experience in technical leadership or willingness to grow into such a role
- Passion for building scalable and efficient web applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
