We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing on blockchain projects (public chains / consortium chains), including functional testing, security testing, and performance testing. You will work closely with development teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, security, and performance testing for blockchain projects based on requirement documents, and develop/execute test cases accordingly.
Set up and maintain blockchain-related testing environments to ensure the stable operation of test chains, nodes, and related systems, while continuously optimizing testing processes.
Participate in the formulation of project test plans, monitor testing progress, and promptly identify, locate, and report issues.
Track defect resolution, collaborate with the development team to verify fixes, and drive the closure of testing issues.
Summarize and document blockchain testing experiences, improving test documentation and standards.

Job Requirements:

Aged 25–40 years old, with at least 1 year of software testing experience. Prior experience in blockchain project testing is highly preferred.
Familiarity with fundamental concepts such as Web3 and smart contracts, and understanding of the overall testing process for blockchain projects.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (PHP or Java) to assist in issue identification and testing validation.
Strong logical thinking skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
