Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Testing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications through comprehensive testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing for mobile apps and web platforms, including functional testing, compatibility testing, interface testing, and partial automation testing
- Participate in product requirement reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop detailed testing plans
- Identify and assess potential project risks in advance to ensure smooth testing implementation
- Execute test cases meticulously and document all testing activities
- Prepare detailed test reports, progress summaries, and other testing documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality and support continuous iteration updates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in mobile and web applications
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
