Job Description:
Senior Web3 Test Engineer
- End-to-End Quality Assurance
- Deeply understand business logic and technical architecture, participate in requirement and design reviews to identify potential quality risks.
- Develop project testing strategies and quality standards, and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure system quality through methods such as interface integration testing, E2E testing, and grayscale monitoring.
- Test Development & Tooling
- Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts for core functional modules.
- Create and maintain testing tools and data generation scripts.
- Optimize testing efficiency and coverage (CI/CD automation integration).
- Project Execution & Quality-Driven Approach
- Collaborate with product, development, operations, and PM teams to define delivery goals and milestones.
- Lead quality review meetings and drive issue resolution.
- Track quality metrics (defect rate, regression frequency, automation coverage) to continuously improve quality.
- Risk Identification & Emergency Response
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks and quality risks.
- Participate in online issue analysis and root cause investigations.
- Continuously improve the testing system through data-driven approaches.
Job Requirements:
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Web3 testing experience, with experience leading testing for large-scale projects.
- Solid programming skills (Python/Go/Java).
- Familiarity with common testing methodologies and Web/microservices architectures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to proactively drive issue resolution.
- Systematic thinking to identify risks and propose optimizations from a holistic perspective.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience testing large-scale distributed systems, blockchain, wallets, or exchanges.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust, etc.).
- Experience developing internal testing platforms or efficiency tools.
