Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design, functional iteration, and complete redesign of core business applications and web platforms
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design specifications to ensure visual consistency across products
• Conduct thorough user research and market analysis to identify design opportunities and user pain points
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business objectives
• Implement iterative design processes through user testing, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement
• Design and maintain reusable UI components while ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
• Monitor emerging design trends and technologies to maintain competitive edge in user experience design
• Document design processes and deliverables for internal knowledge sharing and team alignment
• Support the development of design systems that can scale with product growth and feature expansion
• Ensure design outputs meet quality standards and are delivered on time for project milestones

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record in application interface development
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, and Photoshop for creating high-fidelity mockups
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture concepts
• Excellent visual design skills with expertise in typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Ability to create interactive prototypes that demonstrate user flow and functionality
• Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML/CSS and JavaScript for technical feasibility assessment
• Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes
• Strong communication skills to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders and team members
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English for clear documentation and international communication needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field with a focus on user experience
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and functionally effective user interfaces
