Senior Web3 Trading Platform Designer
As a Senior Web3 Trading Platform Designer, you will be responsible for the UI/UX design of Web3 trading platforms, wallets, market data, and on-chain data products. Your role will involve designing core trading scenarios such as Swap, K-line charts, Token details, positions, orders, transaction records, and address analysis. You will deeply understand on-chain trading user behavior and continuously optimize trading paths, information hierarchy, and operational efficiency.
Additionally, you will handle the visualization and interaction design of complex data, market trends, assets, and fund flows. Collaborating closely with product, development, and data teams, you will drive design solutions from concept to implementation. You will also establish and continuously improve the product Design System, component standards, and interaction guidelines.
Staying updated with mainstream Web3 wallets, DEXs, CEXs, trading terminals, and financial products is essential to enhance the overall product experience. By incorporating market trends, user feedback, and on-chain player habits, you will design more efficient, professional, and differentiated trading experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for Web3 trading platforms, wallets, and data products.
- Optimize core trading scenarios like Swap, K-line charts, and transaction records.
- Improve trading paths, information hierarchy, and operational efficiency.
- Visualize complex data, market trends, and asset flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.
- Develop and refine Design System and interaction guidelines.
- Research and benchmark leading Web3 products to enhance user experience.
- Design innovative trading experiences based on market trends and user behavior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of UI/UX/product design experience.
- Experience in financial trading, securities, Crypto, Web3, or data products is preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma with strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Ability to handle complex trading product architectures and high-density data.
- Deep understanding of Web3 wallets, DEXs, Swap, Meme, contract trading, and on-chain assets.
- Familiarity with mainstream Web3 products like Phantom, OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, etc.
- Strong independent design capabilities from concept to high-fidelity execution.
- High standards for UX, detail, efficiency, and product consistency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Web3 user with real on-chain trading experience.
- Knowledge of Meme, DEX, contracts, RWA, Smart Money, or on-chain data analysis.
- Experience in trading terminals, quant platforms, or crypto exchange design.
- Familiarity with TradingView, Bloomberg, Robinhood, or Hyperliquid.
- Experience building Web3 or financial trading product design systems from scratch.
- Interest in AI + Trading, smart trading, or on-chain data visualization.
