Position: UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences through intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital products that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including user experience flows, interaction design, and visual design to enhance product usability and user satisfaction.
- Participate in product requirement discussions and translate user needs and business goals into high-quality design deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, mockups, etc.).
- Optimize product information architecture and user journeys to improve conversion rates and user retention.
- Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
- Continuously monitor user feedback and performance metrics to iterate and refine design experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in internet, fintech, or Web3 products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user experience with business requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions and drive implementation.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and problem-solving skills is required.
